The staff at this particular outlet seemed illiterate. The form to purchase iPhone 15 clearly stated each customer can buy 2 iPhones. The Malaysian lady claimed this is company policy while pointing to the purchase policy and claimed each customer can only buy 1. Why other istudios like Bishan and nex allows customer to buy 2? I had to end up going to apple flagship store next to it to purchase a second set. There is also this thin Chinese guy with specs and Malaysian accent also very racist and rude towards me. He seemed to have trouble managing his time and is very rude and impatient when answering my queries. Is my French accent so hard understand? The service is so appalling despite in upscale paragon mall. Owner should review and consider hiring proper trained personnel instead of his own ‘relatives’. Such an unpleasant shopping experience!

THE WEBSITE SAY THEY ALLOW AIRPODS TRADE IN SO THAT I CAN UPGRADE MY AIRPODS BUT WHEN I WENT THERE THAT LADY WHOM I AM NOT GONNA SHAME SAY THEY ONLY ACCEPT IPHONE AND THE WOMAN DIDNT EVEN WANT TO ASSIST ME CUZ OF HER NONCHALANT ATTITUDE. SHE JUST SAY AIRPOD TRADE IN IS RANGING $0-20 without even checking my AirPods or anything. Frustrated on how I came this far and I could’ve just gone to bedok shop istudio cuz that’s nearer to my house but I rather come paragon so that they can make sales but they just not bothered. This is a bad review for u and plz improve on ur staff management. It’s irritating how ppl travelled so far but they provide poor service. NOW IK WHY NOBODY WANTS TO SHOP THERE CUZ ITS EMPTY AND DOESNT WANT TO SERVE CUSTOMERS💀

Zhen hao has been really helpful and informative in assisting me to purchase my HDMI cable for Mac book. He explained the pros and cons of different brands I was looking into (Apple & other brands). Was very professional throughout our conversation. He was patient in listening to my needs and clarifying the doubts. Explained each technical terms in the easiest way possible for I could understand! Very satisfied!

Most deplorable service ever; it takes ages just to get an order picked up, the manager seems to be the only customer service officer who’s trained to do his job, but all that goes out the window the moment we’re told that it’s the marketing or the people who take care of the websites fault that their store doesn’t have stock for a particular item, and that if I wanted to get it cancelled I’d have to wait till Monday to get it done. What in the honest to god idiocy is this? Id already waited an hour just to get some form of customer service because theyre quite short staffed. I’d thought that their customer service would’ve improved in the years that they’d existed as a company but it seems they’ve only become worse; they’re just a glorified handphone shop at this point. The manager and their company’s CRM seems non existent.
